This town home directly overlooks the waterway, which has direct access to the glistening Gulf of Mexico. The property borders a nature preserve along the Indian Straits Intercoastal and then just beyond that the Gulf of Mexico and Beaches.

An occasional canoe, kayak or powerboat is seen in this nearby private setting. There is also a swimming pool, grill, screened porch. This location offers privacy and amenities not found in other typical developments.

Resort Information

This modern, beautiful furnished, Non-Smoking Villa/condominium was remodeled in 2006. We have bikes on hand for enjoyment. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and maintained. They contain a large pool, picnic tables, and overlook a marina on one side and the intercostals on the other side. We may also consider a small pet.

Accommodations:
The Town home, 3rd level, contains: Master Suite: a queen size organic newer bed, with its own bar, frig, TV, DVD, full bathroom with twin sinks; office area, mirror closet doors, view of Gulf and Intercoastal and beautiful sunsets. In between the bedrooms is a full laundry suite. The 2nd bedroom has TV, desk, full tiled bath and you can watch the sun rise. It contains a twin beds (optional for a second one).

The Town home, 2nd level, contains a huge wood deck lanai (covered screened in) and contains patio furniture, barbecue grill, and is an ideal spot for a drink at sunset or to sleep with the subtle tropical breeze of the Gulf nearby.

The same floor has the beautiful remodeled kitchen (see amenities below), Living room, newer furniture, Bar, Dining table. It also has another bedroom, # 3, with ¾ bath, and 2 twin beds (or match for King size width).
