This villa directly overlooks the waterway, which has direct access to the glistening Gulf of Mexico. The property borders a nature preserve along the Indian Straits Intercoastal and then just beyond that the Gulf of Mexico and Beaches.

An occasional canoe, kayak or powerboat is seen in this nearby private setting. There is also a swimming pool, grill, screened porch and private whirlpool/spa. This location offers privacy and amenities not found in other typical developments.

Resort Information

This modern, beautiful furnished, Non-Smoking Villa/condominium was remodeled in 2006. We have bikes on hand for enjoyment. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and maintained. They contain a large pool, picnic tables, and overlook a marina on one side and the intercostals on the other side. We may also consider a small pet.

Accommodations: 1 Bedroom, queen size, 1 Bath plus Jacuzzi, and another bonus trundle bed. Kitchen area with convention oven, refrigerator, table, screened porch and laundry facilities.

The Villa contains a queen size Murphy bed, full bathroom; French doors lead to sunsets, which opens to a large screen porch. It also contains an optional 2 twin beds 2 TVs, etc. The covered patio is huge and contains patio furniture, barbecue grill, and is an ideal spot for a drink at sunset or to sleep with the subtle tropical breeze of the Gulf nearby.
